It’s YOUR time at El Encuentro, Saturday, January 5th.
The hectic holidays are behind us. The pressure of shopping, cooking, visiting, hosting, traveling is over and now it’s time for you to simply relax and enjoy a night of fabulous music.
We ended 2018 with the superb music of DJ Riccardo Iacovoni.
We begin 2019 with the music of another much talked-about DJ, Muñeca Brava, making her El Encuentro debut.
Although we want to keep everything calm there will be a bit of excitement as we give away one free ticket to the upcoming show on January 20th at the Colony Theater in Burbank “ONCE UPON A TANGO” produced, choregraphed and starring L.A.’s own Guillermo Macana and Giovanna Dan who will also be teaching the pre-El Encuentro class this Saturday starting at 8:30 PM. So the milonga now is $20 starting at 9:30 PM. But where else can you go in L.A. on a Saturday night, eat, dance till 3am with Free Parking for only $20? We love you even if you’re mumbling at us under your breath.?
