We are looking forward to another amazing Hawaii Tango Marathon with great deejays, live music on Sunday night, performances on Saturday night, themed milongas, alternative practicas, a beachside barbecue on Sunday and sunset cruises on Thursday and Friday evening.

Escape the cold mainland winter at a high-level, warm, tango marathon in Hawaii for experienced tango dancers.

Enjoy inspiring deejays, themed milongas, live music, informative presentations, afternoon alternative practica, sunset cruises, and a Sunday afternoon barbecue & tango on the oceanside.

Thursday and Friday Night Sunset Cruises on the Aukai Catamaran at the Kewalo Basin Boat Harbor.
The catamaran can take up to 40 persons and both cruises sold out last year. The price of the cruise is $25 includes the cruise and beverages.

Hawaii Tango Marathon 2019 is conveniently located between downtown Honolulu and Waikiki at the Aloha DanceSport Center featuring a quality, well-cushioned dance floor and great sound for your all-night dancing pleasure.

Attendance is projected for approximately 160 persons – we’ll do our best to gender-balance.

Dress themes
Friday – “Aloha Friday Floral” dress in tropical colors
Saturday – “Gliz & Bling” Dress up in your finest
Sunday Alternative – Casual attire
Sunday – “1920’s to 40s Gangsters & Flappers” attire
The afternoon practicas are casual

Snacks and refreshing drinks provided each night, all night
Wine & other beverages, bottled water, etc…
BYOB allowed
Coffee, hot tea, water provided
