Armando Orzuza, with decades of teaching & performing experience behind him yet decades more to come, is the real thing! The last time he and his glorious wife & partner, Nuria Martinez, performed at El Encuentro I remember thinking “you can’t fake what this man does.” The authenticity in his movements sets him apart and reminds us what tango should and can be. Armando & Nuria will teach the pre-El Encuentro class at 8:30 PM. PLEASE DON’T MISS IT! So worth the extra effort to get ready early and get to the Tango Room on time. Armando & Nuria will perform for us later in the night and you sure don’t want to miss that either! Keeping it super traditional will be DJ Juan-Juan Carlos Szwec who’s lining up a night of music straight from the best milongas in Buenos Aires.
